* Lifetime warranty on production defects!  We all want a flawless product, and we strive for perfection, but our pieces are built by humans, and constructed from natural materials, both of which can have imperfections.  We would never expect a customer to receive a Steel Valley Underground piece that contains a manufacturing defect, however, please keep in mind that our products are created from natural woods and real wood veneers, so grains and grain patterns may vary from product to product, making each piece truly distinct and different.

We know you can buy your furniture at a local furniture store and have it delivered, usually at an additional cost, or you can buy it at a huge warehouse store, bring it home and then have to assemble it yourself.  In both of those cases, the furniture is usually made outside of the United States, which means American workers are not earning money to support their families, and which also means that American furniture companies are not growing and are not hiring more workers.  

Steel Valley Underground is an American furniture company, and all of our products are built by craftspeople right here in the United States.  When you purchase a Steel Valley product you not only support our company, you are supporting all the other businesses that we buy our materials from who are also based in the United States.  As well, we at Steel Valley value our craftspeople, and are committed to paying them a livable wage, so that they can raise their families, own a home, send their children to college, and take a family vacation.

And yes, we understand that our prices may be a little bit higher than the companies that sell products made overseas, but we believe that our products are of better quality than those made overseas, and that may actually save you money in the long run!
